Brisbane's bayside offers loads of local character, both during the daytime and evening. Relax within the beautiful beachfront at Pandanue Beach or enjoy a stroll or cycle along the beachfront bikeways offering the best views of the marine park.

There are plenty of trendy bars and cafes and several wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood, as well as live entertainment at the local pub.

Pool / Parklands

One block away the bayside parklands extend for 5 - 6 km. Things to enjoy include a couple of laps in probably the countries only 33m pool open for the warmer months of September through to April, free BBQ facilities, Mangrove boardwalk, watching the sailing boats, spot the dolphins, see the model boat racing at the historic wading pool, fish and chip shops, relax with a good book or meet someone who has read one.

The second largest marina in the southern hemisphere, nearly as many islands as within the Whitsundays and architecture that dates back to the beginning of the 1900's.
